How long is the warranty period for the equipment in my store?

Generally, we provide a 90-day warranty for all products.

What should I do if my goods are damaged?

Please take photos for evidence and contact us in a timely manner. We will handle it for customers as soon as possible.

When can I start tracking my goods?

After an order package is shipped, it will be displayed on the my orders tracking page, where customers can track the logistics information of their packages.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

After a successful purchase, the order processing time is generally 1 - 2 working days, and the shipping time is generally 2 - 5 working days.
